As part of the prestigious 65th Monte-Carlo Television Festival, taking place from June 12 to 16, 2026, we are looking for an Assistant with strong versatility and skills in programming, VIP guest management, logistical and operational coordination, as well as communication. Hierarchical attachment : Under the supervision of the Programming and Competition Manager and the International VIP Relations Officer

Main tasks

You are part of the Competitions & VIP Communication service  and your missions are:

Under the supervision of the International VIP Relations Officer

  • Manage and process external invitation requests.
  • Follow up on VIP photo requests in coordination with studios or PR contacts.
  • Monitor flight ticket forecasts in collaboration with the travel agency.
  • Regularly review all hotel reservations in coordination with the Accommodation Manager.
  • Conduct social media monitoring for each VIP (activities/hobbies, personal life, etc.).
  • Assist in welcoming VIPs during the five days of the Festival.


Under the supervision of the Programming and Competition Manager

  • Organise travel and flight arrangements for Competition Nominees.
  • Organise additional stay requests in collaboration with the Accommodation Manager.
  • Regularly review all hotel reservations in coordination with the Accommodation Manager.

And in general, all actions or initiatives useful for the success of the position's missions.


Profile sought

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Tourism & Event, Management, or related field 
  • Bilingual English or  C1/C2

Technical knowledge required

  • Experience in event organisation, VIP reception, or logistics management preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in communication and teamwork.

  • Good command of office tools and social media.
