With nearly twenty years of experience, the MONACO MEDIAX team is made up of forty people, all of whom have experience in event management.

• Partners with whom we are associated, to offer you related services or marketing operations; • Sources accessible to the public and data suppliers from whom we obtain data to validate or supplement our information.
Our Service may automatically collect data regarding the manner in which you and your device interact with the Services, in particular:

Guests give permission for the organiser to use any images of them taken during the events, and for these to be featured in any promotional activities related to the Monaco Mediax’s events, without this use requiring compensation of any kind.
Depending on the Service provided, we will provide your personal data to the following companies:
• Business names and divisions within the MONACO MEDIAX group of companies worldwide; • Our service providers, suppliers, agents and representatives, in particular, but not limited to, payment organisations, subcontractors on our event sites, customer services, email service providers, IT service providers and shipping companies.
In order to process the necessary data based on your instructions and in compliance with this confidentiality policy and any other applicable confidentiality and security measures.
We share your personal data with our affiliated companies and exhibitors, sponsors, partners and other third parties, in particular entities for which we act as event organiser, who wish to send you information regarding their products and services likely to be of interest to you, taking into account the communication preferences and other parameters you have settled.
The Service may allow you to publish and share your personal data, comments, articles and other content. Any contribution which you publish or communicate publicly may be collected and used by other persons and indexed by search engines without you having the possibility of deleting it.
