Launch gala for the brandy "Jardins d’Arménie" - Monaco

To mark the launch of its new brandy, "Jardins d'Arménie", the Armenian brand CIGARONNE wanted to organize a prestigious evening event in Monaco that would reflect both Armenian cultural identity and the product's high-end positioning.

The event was to bring together a targeted audience of Monegasque and Armenian personalities, as well as key players in the HCR sector, sommelier, banking, real estate, and yachting sectors, while incorporating specific constraints: a very short production deadline and high artistic expectations (traditional Armenian music and dance).

Solutions Monaco Mediax

Monaco Mediax was in charge of the overall conception and coordination of the evening, held in the prestigious setting of the Belle Époque Room at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo:

  • Complete management and supervision of the event within a short timeframe
  • Development of the evening's program, incorporating traditional Armenian music and dance, an art exhibition, networking time, and brandy tasting
  • Search and selection of a sommelier for the tasting and a master of ceremonies in line with the brand's positioning, followed by a comprehensive briefing and rehearsals
  • Management of guests and the press, public relations, and protocol, including the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco Mr. Thomas Brezzo, President of the National Council, and the Ambassador of Armenia to France
  • Assisting the client with the necessary adjustments related to Monegasque legislation.
