"Night of 100 Stars" Charity Gala: Make-A-Wish International

Client's objective

On the occasion of the 2024 Monte Carlo Television Festival, Make-A-Wish International wanted to organize its first international charity gala in Monaco, with two objectives:

• To raise funds for children with life-threatening medical conditions
• To raise awareness of the foundation's mission among an international and Monegasque audience in a prestigious and unifying setting.

The challenge was to design an evening with a strong emotional impact, while ensuring flawless execution.

Monaco Mediax solutions

Monaco Mediax provided operational management for the gala, which was held in the Mediterranean Garden of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and attended by 110 guests.

• Coordination of all service providers (technical, set design, entertainment, catering)
• Design and management of the evening's program, including speeches and fundraising segments
• Organization of rehearsals and the schedule, in conjunction with the evening\s hosts, Victoria Silvstedt and Maxime Dereymez
• Selection and invitations of VIPs from among those attending the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, and proposal of Monegasque personalities to reinforce the local and institutional scope of the event.
